We spent one of our days in Mystic - CT. This is actually the town where Julia Roberts starred in the movie 'Mystic Pizza' and was allegedly her big break.
Anyways the town was very cute and beautiful. We went on a boat ride and the weather was just perfect for that.
Here there was the cutest house on its own island.
This is the backyard to the restaurant we had lunch at. The cute garden belonged to an art gallery.
For lunch i had pulled pork over mac n' cheese. The americans do it greasy and large. Yum!
I actually started with this; fried alligator and jalapenos. It was surprisingly good, our waitress said it would taste like a mix of fish and chicken. I didn't think any of those were the prominent flavors.

That was a great day with my lovely family.
